You can not license this subgame as WTFPL, as it contains mods released under the LGPL. You must use GPL. I can package this modpack under wtfpl because it is just a container for the mods inside. That's pretty awesome. Could you reimplement the auto place of side and normal hoppers based on the pointed_thing.above when you place a hopper?

I have a suggestion:
/ping - sends back PONG!
/whisper - only send a message to a specific user
/tpa - teleport to a specific player. They have to do /tpaaccept or /tpadeny.
/spawn - go to spawn
