I'm amazed that I haven't been on here in so long! My latest minetest accomplishment was mining by hand (well, as close as you can get in a computer game) a circle 30 blocks in diameter. It took forever but it's pretty cool.

Update - ssieb has removed brush crafting from machine. You now make stain brushes in crafting.
Please note that any existing machines will not be changed until you pick them up and place them again.

The brush recipe is white wool over a stick. You need to craft a brush with dye to make a brush you can paint with. You can change the colour of a brush the same way by crafting it with dye. The uncoloured brushes will stack, but not the coloured ones because they can be used and have wear.
If you've already placed a machine, it will still have the brush section in the formspec but the buttons won't do anything. If you break it and place it again, it will get the new formspec.
