Hey guys, This is my third mod it contains many blocks and tools and items. The shears come from my shears mod.
1.0: added stairs for all new blocks, carpet, lamp and checkered floor.
2.0: Added Andesite, Diorite, Granite, Door mat and paved blackstone. Fixed many bugs! Rubber and Rubber blocks are now fuels.
Same crafting recipe but different color wool for all of them.
![Image](http://imgur.com/eVGdPIm.png)
The blocks are for decoration. Shears are for removing leaves and wool much faster. Scraper is just a tool used for crafting. You only need 1 scraper unless you are on multiplayer. Carpet is decoration. Lamp is used for light. Rubber, Raw Rubber, Grips are just items they're only used for crafting at the moment. Rubber is a fuel.
LemonLake: Textures and some of the coding.
CraigyDavi: Handle texture.
Dependencies: default stairs and wool
License: WTFPL
Download: https://www.mediafire.com/?3p3yqd8ddz1zpw6NOTICE: If you have any suggestions for the mod put it in the comment/suggestions bit below or join the IRC server: "#multitest" and request there I will be on there most of the time sometimes i won't be because i'm either busy or not at my computer.

Cool. Will probably be forking this into variator. Might change the name of variator... Seems more like "Collection of most random mods ever". ;) Good work. I hope to finish up the simple bits of metals I am working on...

Could you give a bit more of what the items do in your post. I'm not sure if I should be interested or not?

Perhaps that texture for the top of a straw bale could create a more convincing thatched roof than the darkage straw texture used again and turned a bit darker (which I use now). Would it be ok with you if I used your texture and darkened it a bit?

I't seems you have used the new ores in Minecraft 1.8.

TheEpicJames, Yes i was inspired when they were added to minecraft so i thought why not add them to minetest! I made my own texture and started coding. Thanks for feedback, I thought my mod was about to die out

Thanks Rhys! I've worked super hard on it. I actually abandoned my other 2 mods (mo_stones and shears. I might go back and update mo_stones one last time) to make this mod. Thanks again for feedback i was starting to get upset that my mod is dying.

nman, I have faced almost all of my mods "dying". Even if nobody replies, that doesn't mean nobody likes it and It will die. Just keep updating and making it better, and then it will get recognition. That's what I hope for with things like my variator modpack..

well using the shears with any of the sheep would be great ;-)
I wonder what usefull things you could shear of the other mobs.
Maybe the shears could be usefull with other things like vines or grass as well.
You have a checkered stone how about patterns for the carpet. Maybe two colors according to the pattern put in the crafting grid.
I havn't tried the mod yet but does it support the coloring booth and the circular saw?

Run a check to see if mobs, kgpmobs or mobsplus is installed, and if so, allow for harvesting feathers from chickens, and then additionally add a recipe for arrows from throwing if that mod is installed.
(Sometimes I get a little too big on optional dependencies...)

Exactly the direction I was thinking! Remember that fairy tale
The Devil with the Three Golden Hairs? This could be used for epic Quests ;-P
The King wrote:Bring me some twigs from a Treemonster and three golden hairs from a Dungeon Master but note this only is possible as long as they stay alive!

@twolek; Haven't gotten there yet, don't spoil it. (I am listening to the soundtrack now... :P )
@ nman, I think that you should look around Minetest, think of what could be added to or improved, think of what would be needed to make an impressive fortress or a underground cavern into a empire. Think of things like that and you will find yourself thinking of some really nice ideas. Keep thinking. ;)
