Topic Cement Feature
This copy of phpBB3 Classic adds a feature that I consider essential: the Topic Cement mod.
This feature allows moderators to set the order of topics in a forum. This makes it possible to treat forums as a sort of relaxed wiki.
It's rather difficult to install the mod, but details may be posted here at some point.
For admins and moderators who have the required privilege, m_set_priority, the feature can be accessed as follows:
Board -> Enter a forum -> MCP -> Mark topics to prioritize -> Enter integers in priority boxes (higher integers = higher up) -> Action dropdown at bottom -> Prioritise -> Submit
