I think you might get stuck if the chairs get dug while the players are seated if using cottages chairs,

xdecor would be a better example,
you may have to adjust the player's sitting positions though.

You can get stuck in X-decor chairs too, because of things like /home. Probably a stock lay-down/sit-down function would be helpful here, which stands up as soon as you use a movement key or change position. At any rate, looking at this furniture with an eye for somewhere to sit and read. Looks about right. :)
