I don't approve, because you're choosing to make it proprietary, and I can't use it anyway since it's Windows-only. Re-do it in something that works on GNU/Linux systems (maybe Qt; try the Qt Designer) and release it as free/libre software, and I would be interested. 1. it's version 0.1 ! 2. maybe ...
