Simply compile it on your steam OS machine. As for the steam controller, even easier. It can bind to keyboard keys, right?

Of course you can use the default game stuff, as long as you respect the licence. You should probably start with reading Rubenwardy's modding book :D

You'd probably only save memory, I think. Performance probably wouldn't be really improved, at least not noticeably. I'm not expert (or even over the basics level) in this field, so feel free to correct me, if I'm wrong (or actually not wrong).

Your phone or window isn't wide enough to display the code box. If it's a phone, try rotating it to landscape mode.

Thanks for your support! Can I ask if you can make a mod to fit two slopes together? I'm not quite sure what you mean by fitting two slopes together. Do you mean having nodes which are made of, for example, a wooden slab and a stone slab? In which case, yes, I could do it, though several questions ...
