I don't know how to help with the axes unfortunately because I did not touch their properties and "choppy" stats, just removed the "breakable_by_hand" ability from trees.

Updated to 2016.06

Now the combination of freedom with bits of realism and challenge should make the game interesting enough to be played.

The next release is likely to include an acceptable logo, an adaptation of my spears and I'm also evaluating some kind of decay for torches.

That's interesting, i always supposed that my poorly supported (also on Win7) AMD's proprietary drivers were the issue, while everything runs amazingly smooth in full HD with mesa drivers.

Wearing just an iron armor (3d armor) will prevent any monster hurting you, armor above that is for sure that monster will keep hitting you without you taking any damage, so eventually you walk in the world full of monsters what can't heart you. And torches do look really retarded. Torches MOD could be simply merged. Also some mobs would be good. Many mods and frameworks exist, Mobs Redo is a great example. We definitely need a better mapgen with acceptable SEAS, LAKES and RIVERS. God, it's annoying to see any sort of water bodies nowadays...

Fixed spears that used to self repair while being thrown after reaching maximum wear. Reorganized code files for better visualization.

Is this mod stable? I used PilzAdam's throwing mod and whenever I tried to shoot the arrow the game would crash (4.12/4.13). Does this mod have the same problem? It works nicely, at least for me :) Of course you better try yourself to be sure! PilzAdam's throwing looked quite abandoned when I forke...
