I was able to use World Edit to replace all of the water inside of my construct, but World Edit leaves those shadows where it replaces nodes. I found the guide for using World Edit, and did the //fixlight command after marking out a cube, but I still have the shadows. Does somebody know how to prope...

This is the space I need to remove the water from. The internal space is about 160 blocks long at longest point, by about 25 at widest point by 6 deep.

I think this is a very good suggestion. Maybe also add a "Default" button to return a value to its default setting in case overzealous setting changes break the game.
