You could try updating mesa to 8.0.3 or to git version. If you have a lot of time you could google a little and start playing with patches :P. If it doesn't work, I think you'll have to buy a graphics card. what do you mean? could you tell me in a more simple way anyway whats mesa I use OpenGL 1.3 ...
