Better boat mod?

I have recently come across the airship and meshnodes mods

and I was wondering if anyone has or could do the same thing but for boats?
as it would be very cool to sail big ships around my a minetest world.

exact same output when i copy and paste the code above

my minetest version is:
Minetest 0.4.13-dev

compiled from source with no changes except some lua mods in the mods folder

It seems to have worked well

i edited the map_meta.txt file and just used gedit to replace all v6 strings with v7
and it definitely seems to of worked

Thanks the fixed repo compiled perfectly i ran this command: ./minetestmapper --geometry -10000:-10000+20000+20000 -i ../../../worlds/World1 -o World1.png --drawplayers --drawscale with your program and it ran perfectly now and rendered everywhere i have been too! (i wonder how many GB a 64000 * 640...

The thing that drew me to minetest was the fact it was a lot like minecraft (which i played for many years before i gave up non-free software) and fully free software you can mod it very easily and runs on low spec hardware and just putting it out there... Minetest for the n64 would be the greatest ...

then i noticed that it was taken over by microsoft and no longer a free game.


it wasn’t a libre game in the first place but Microsoft definitely didn’t help!

Are you sure you've also visited the origin (0,0) ? the weird thing is i have visited 0,0 and have gone much much further than were it stops rendering -2048 yet it still dosent show up this is the command i am using (Stock Minetest mapper) ./minetestmapper --geometry -10000:-10000+20000+20000 -i .....

Modding question

i am seeing if its possible to make a computer craft mod for Minetest (there is a lua interpreter written in lua so should not be too hard once i can get a GUI )
