landrush is dead easy to use, you craft claim block and just put it down, it protects 16x16 cell from -100 to 200 iirc, that can be changed (same for simple_protection mod). Owner is shown in hud. You can check this mod on Fozland or Liberty Land.
There is one thing that I dislike - protector_redo, it is pain to build with it and you also end up with those logos everywhere, areas or landrush/simple_protection can be viable alternative.

Oh, you mean that button below yellow sign? I was thinking it was about calling admins since sign was about contacting admins, can you add another sign to indicate it moves people to city? It is confusing right now :)
Question: I've read the rules and went from spawn to ground, but after I've issued /spawn I went back to glass spawn, typing key word says "I'm already allowed to play". So you stuck at spawn. There must be a proper way to handle this.

I always thought that the low FPS at VE-Survival were because of the many different nodes, meshes and textures there, but according to what you wrote here, I know better now...
