tpr,travelnet,xdecor,unified inventory,unified skins,wield 3d makes a very lite but fun server that gives users lots of choices and control simple_protection I prefer for protection. It's invisible. Ofcourse, host it on your own PC (if you have it) =)
So, you don't have to buy a hosting.
All other work you may do absolutely free by your self.

No other secrets, IMHO.

I don't want to advertise server yet.
