we run ours since 3 years at low charge - nothing :-) but claiming donation will be a good thing as long people choose to support the work - give it a try -

I don't know if we do transfer buildings from one map to another map (could be a try....?) also co-locating two servers we don't think about it.

One question I have to the db contents on redis. How do you get persistence to work in case the server crashes? Will the hash entries be lost instead stored at the latest action within minetest?

Hi,

its nice we get more and more new backend db's supported with minetest. One question come up in my mind: "how do i convert an existing sqlite3 db to the redis db? Is there any hint how this could be performed somehow?

Hey Calinou, is there an option to disable the humble stupidness with the screwdriver? I am not playing minetest to get a feeling being part of "Tool time" to rotate slabs or anything else. There is no longer need to ask for special privs. If you accept and follow our rules then your able to play without any interruption or absence of moderators. sorry, we had to revert back to 0.4.3 - It seems the current 0.4.4 is not that stable enough. Waiting til this will become more useable.
