How much has modding changed since the initial 0.4 release? And if so, is there any specific place I can go to read up on this new info? Is the ZIP file in the mod folder, or its contents? It won't self extract the contents from the ZIP file.

It should drop a dust. And then you craft four dust into one raw mese ingot. Which makes a tool on its own. Then smelting those ingots or crafting them into a 3x3 square makes a mese gem, which repairs mese tools when crafting them with it?
