I believe the setting is the multiplier for real life time. So if you want there to be 3 mt days per RL hour (20 min/mt day), that's 3 mt days/hour * 24 hours/day = 72 mt days/day, so you'd use a value of 72. Make sense? Use this as a guide: 72=20min, 360=4min, 1=24hour, 0=day/night/whatever stays ...
