[h]Update[/h]
Tools added to the package.
Sword, Axe, Pick, Shovel, and even the stick.

Now all that is left for me to make are the mobs and player. This may take awhile.

You guys are amazing. Love all the samples so far.

Hope to hear these in MineTest-c55 soon. Without them, it makes the game feel cold.

Really looks like PureBDCraft. Are you sure *you* made it? I don't know. Why is there a nyan cat in the package? Of course I made them. It's not hard. PureBDCraft was the inspiration, but since Sphanx hasn't really presented anything for minetest (possibly a troll), I decided to make the set for it...

MineToon

http://filesmelt.com/dl/logo_minetoon.png Still working out the tools, player, and mobs, so expect those later. So far I'll hand out the rest of the texture. Now for snapshots of the textures in action. Some of the blocks in display. http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/1781/minetoon01.png I fell into ...

The big snails are a neat idea. They could move very slowly, but also leave a trail of slime that could either hurt you or cause you to slip.

And Yes, there needs to be fish. The water is very bare at the moment. But they should be fast, the players would have to make nets or rods to catch them.

I've never had a problem with DM. I usually have enough stone swords for preparation. Plus, they're pretty scaring if they dive out of nowhere. Now if only that had a horrific roar.

Torches facing the Camera

It's been bugging me for a little while, it's not that big of a deal. But I might just come out and say it. Now I'm only talking about the ceiling and floor torches, not the wall. The torch sprites (I think) should face the camera at all times so they don't look flat when looking at them from the si...

I wish I spotted some floating islands. I would have a blast making towns and bridges.

Anyways, this is a small ship I was building. Not complete, but I like how it's turning out.

There aren't any buckets in Minetest (yet), but what you can do is build that tunnel you want first. Once completed, fill the inside with grass or bamboo entirely until all the water is gone. Then just chip away all the grass/bamboo and you'll have a underwater walkway. It's a little work, but it sh...
