Depends on your needs and desires. If you are skilled in html/php and have hosting and a domain purchased it's trivial. Otherwise you can always find a volunteer or pay someone to do it. Personally I do simple freelance webdesign on the side if interested however I'm not advertising my services here...

I had to sadly remove boats from the server because for some reason it started crashing the server on startup. Can't remember the error but it was something to do with "on_step". Whenever next version comes out I'll try again.

Nice textures. My only suggestions is change iron_lump texture to something else, create an animated torch using your current torch textures (otherwise default torch texture shows) and maybe change the rails texture. Otherwise great pack.

Generally each server will have different load times. Some servers have a very fast connection while others don't. Some have a lot of mods while others don't. Generally more mods = longer load initially. Once loaded first time, repeat connections should be faster.
