I will be modifying the nature pack, I think that is causing the issues. Will make a new map to test it with. Will be taking iron trees and tree growth out. Apples will come from leaves not blossoms at a slow rate. Will be removing the housing mod too. I will see if any other mod might be not needed.
Would you all like bad guy mobs or no?

ok removed several bulky mods and edited nature.

no iron trees
Trees do not grow, unless game default says to.
only one kind of jungle grass
home decor minimal has roofing in it, no dye required. also removed everything but roofing, flower pots, and a glass sheet

Anyone can build or dig anywhere they wish, except in the protected areas. You need to gather the material yourself or buy them to build.
