Yes, you have privs already.
This is exactly "interact" privilege, which allow interact in world (building, destroying) in non-protected areas.

The Eiffel Tower, Water pyramid, and many other things in the game have been badly damaged by a map generator problem that cropped up a while back (the server ran out of HDD space and things went nutz). I just checked it and it looks the same as it did earlier save for the aforementioned mapgen damage.
