stillokay i said redcrab but then Neuro said he barely comes on right when I posted it, but really cactuz i wasnt to build in skyward sooo bad cuz Neuro kinda expanded the mineshaft in my parypus town house, and i dont like it that much but plz let me build there. TO SKYWARD!!!!

I don't think Skyward belongs to redcrab, you need to find owner of this city and ask them.

well it says Neuro owns city bt he cant give privs, and he said u can unless u retire and he gets promoted

Ok, I checked it. Skyward do not belongs to Neuro, he is last sub-owner of spawn area (spawn + Skyward) Vanessa and rubenwardy are sub-owners too. Redcrab is grand-owner of spawn area but he isn't founder of Skyward. This is because at the time of installation Node-ownership mod Skyward was totaly empty (there wasn't any founders). Only redcrab can grand you to build in Skyward (sorry for my mistake).

I have this 'empty' screen often when I try to reconnect after a 'freeze'. Sometimes it gets stuck after the first cross, sometimes waiting a while helps.

Lately I just go surfing the web for a minute and then try again. It seems to help faster than trying to reconnect a few times (few minutes). Why I don't know.

Yes, it is safe. Only owner of area can pour liquids.
