I can...
you need to do alot of things, but belive me, its worth it!
1. look up, what modem you have!
2. you'll need a username and password for your modem...
3. You'll have to forward port 30000
4. you'll have to make a copy of Minetest (you make a server with one minetest, but play in it with the other one... just in case the map gets corrupted)
5. You have to make a batch file ( .bat ) and enter there : " minetest.exe --server --gameid mesetint " (if you have more maps than one, youll need to enter this too : " --world "worldname" " )
6. Then you will have to mod it (if you want, but you can just keep it a normal server with default mods : Default , Doors , Stairs , Fire , Bucket...)
7. if you want to make a 24/7 server, you need to leave your computer ON, and also the server.bat file...
if you need help, then just say... =)
if youre running linux, then DONT ask me!
i dont know how to do it on linux =D
I make a server on Windows XP Service Pack 3... but it works on all windows platforms =)
Are you saying that I put an abnormal brain into a seven and a half foot long, fifty-four inch wide GORILLA?
