Sorry for the downtime, folks. An error has developed in the server code that causes it to crash when new terrain (particularly with ores) is being generated. We'll have this fixed as soon as practical. For now, please don't explore new territory - stay within ~2000m of the spawn, and try to stick to ground-level or just above/below for now.

Patrick, as already said please do not double-space your words or post the same thing multiple times. Besides, you already have interact - you just happened to also be triggering an obscure bug on my server when signing on, that's why you couldn't do anything. It's nothing you did, and it should be okay now, I hope...

The server will be down for several hours tonight starting at around 6:05 pm US/EDT for a memory upgrade. We'll be back online as soon as I'm certain that the new RAM is good.

Update: The new RAM tested good and the server was put back online at about 2:15 am.

One razor is landmine whom I know only too well... and two can I have interact well at least if I can join your server. It is stuck on waiting content :/ I can't join anyones server and my username will be thomastbp1

Ok after forever it had me joined although the world didnt load but i still was able to join and will likely be getting on on my laptop that should have no problem even running minetest like 20 times at once so ill need interact privs.

I can't be sure one way or another if "razor" is Landmine or not, but whatever the case, the only person on my server with that name (any capitalization) has not caused any problems there.

The server's running in debug mode today to try to sort out the cause of an obscure crashing problem. If it goes down, I will have to restart it manually after grabbing whatever crash info I can. Apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Just a quick little question... where am I suppose to put the cache folder? can u tell me where to put it?

You put it in the top level of your minetest folder, same place where your worlds, mods, games, config file, etc. are stored. Just extract it so that its contents get added to the existing cache folder.
