5)if they do reccuring ones or too many complaints then they get banned

I will look into that.

EDIT: Based on the code of the TNT mod, it uses the explosion group that is hardcoded. Theres no way for me to fix that.

Not exactly, it means that your health is reset to 20 every server tick, and therefore prevents death by anything except fall dmg.

Also, lava should be blocked in protections now.

No, greifing is allowed, there are no logs kept of it.

Not me I got on only for 10 seconds yesterday. Also I meant like greifing spawn. That is what the logs are for. Also please fix the priv problem with /god. It says I need se_admin

There appears to be corrupt playerdata (not ServerExtended, normal). This means inventories, claims, homes, and positions will all be reset, im sorry...

EDIT: I'm restoring an OLD, OLD backup for player files, like before the new spawn, but It will be better than nothing.
