I reported a water grief. I wanted to remove it but waited for an admin or moderator to check for who caused it. Noone ever told me that anyone can see who placed a water source, so I didn't bother to check for them at all.

I am pretty much pissed now, you know. Tell me if there's anything wrong. You already suspected me once to have griefed, I swallowed that without much protest, but too much is too much. I will NEVER destroy anybodies building or even nature by purpose. I DO NOT GRIEF. I remove dirt and cobble pillars in the wild, and such stuff. I remove floating trees and replant them. I do my best to stack up some decent buildings on the server. Then I get this kick in the behind as a thank you? Well, thank YOU!

first, i can assure you that noob-kun is a good player.
next, i think we need some more information about this incident before it turns into the next flame war.

noob-kun, can you give more details about the location and the effect of the water grief?
shinji-sama or Ten-kun, can you explain the technique to know who placed a water source?
this method sounds very handy and if it really can be done by anyone, it should be public knowledge how to do it.

please stay calm and don't start any general off-topic discussions about rules and admin decisions.

No, I will not start another pagelong discussion, since I know they're not helping and fruitless. I am not yet through with the whole issue, but if there will be consequences from my side, they will certainly not harm anyone else, except maybe if you valued my presence a little.

The way Shinji acted he VERY strongly suspects me of being the source of the grief(s), maybe aided by the fact that the last two banned griefers were Germans too (racism? really?). Though he only once worded the thought, and since there IS no proof (since I do not grief) he simply cannot produce any proof.

The location was in Cornacopia, off the place of Xven and GoldenHart, somewhat further down the ice road, and involved afaik only a bamboo biome.
The griefer acted smart though, Shinji found no water sources, he said, and then complained why I didn't check myself and also didn't remove it myself. The reasons I stated in my previous post. I helped to remove more than one water grief, and before the update that labels water sources I also removed smaller water griefs on my own, without even bothering to tell.

What bothers me even more is that Shinji, just after logging off, returned once more only to mute (i.e. remove shout priv from) GoldenHart, who spoke up in my support. I never expected such irrational treatment from anyone around, least from the owner and probably head admin of the server.

Now to the identification: Hold the pointer over a water source while holding an (empty?) water bucket in hand. The name of the player who placed it will appear on the screen. IDK howto on tablets or phones though.

The only thing I hope for now is to be considered trustworthy again AND being treated like that. All else may rest in the past, if needs be. I would wish for an open exchange to clear things up though, but I already know that's nothing but wishful thinking.

but if shinji-sama doesn't know that you are german (at least your name doesn't suggest that) you can't say that it's racism.
i will go to Cornucopia and check the surroundings, but i remember some water problems from before:
Cornucopia was flooded multiple times in various places, and in some cases, water flowed into protected areas, where only the owner can remove it. the water stayed there even without being connected to a water source.

the fact that GoldenHeart was muted because he spoke for you is difficult to argue without screenshots.
in all previous cases, those speeches were usually very inappropriate of the situation and without hard proof, i cannot say any defensive words.

some flowing water is still on the lake.
i tested the bucket thing and it works with full and empty buckets.
according the the dirt traces on the grass, the flood was started near the mountain top.

but there isn't a single protector in the entire area.
standing there and not removing the water does indeed look suspicious.
so i have to ask a few more questions:
- how long did you stand there?
- was anyone with you?
- did you inform anyone about the water?

EDIT:
after an unexpected intrusion in the village, i have expanded the rules with 2 more signs.
i will overlook it this time, since the intruder left a friendly note on the place and i hope that he will change his building to match the biome theme.
the "Biome Rule" is now explained at the ruleboard, as well as how to contact me.

area protection works the same way as in Heaven Island and the rules are like the rules from Spawn2, so from now on i will enforce the rules the same way as it is done at Spawn2.

it's an exact 4:1 structure of the player model.

Me, bonny and Phiwari123 have been working on a christmas village for a while. Even though we didnt manage to completely finish it yet, we still wanted to share this with you today on Christmas Eve.
All the buildings are originaly created by us, except the snowman which we found inspiration from MC.
