For those having issue connecting due to timeouts while downloading textures and such, download the following file and extract it to you data/textures/ folder (or wherever it is).

no timeouts for textures but at the time of my post i had gotten 5 too many users errors despite the fact that i was signed in a moment before and i timed out then this started happening!

I've noticed that doors take a little while to open due to server lag. So it might just be that you're trying to open it so many times that it keeps closing. Try clicking one, and wait like 2 or 3 minutes, to see what happens.

It is the 'build' permission that is blocking me from opening the doors. (server.cpp line ~2894) I didn't realize that build and interact are the same. I thought they were different. Maybe they should be.
