So, he was advertising his project, he made a mistake because he was new and tried to fix it, that's bannable? /me doesn't think so, UbuntuNerd is unbanned. And I haven't set any rules regarding appeals.

Thnx Menche i was New and i was asking people to try my project on ur server and they started to yell at me saying that i was copywriting and i never said it was MY game. i said i customized it

None of you understand the reason I banned ''UbuntuNerd''. As I stated, he was SPAMMING about how everyone thinks he copied Minetest and all, and when I tried to get him to stop, he proceeded to insult me. Therefore, the situation gave enough reason to ban, for SPAMMING and Insulting a moderator. I would suggest that he ''cleans up'' his actions, or he will just get himself banned again.
ALSO, ban appeals were never stated in the rules, no, but it makes sense to have a stronger community, by allowing The Banned to recognize what they have done wrong, apologize for it, and ask for an un-ban, instead of spamming the forum. I suggest that it is added to the server rules.

Not sure if other factors were involved but I think one of my pranks may have been the rock that started the avalanche.

I made a teleporter in your hub building labeled "Super Happy Fun Land." Anything that bright sounding from me should set off alarm bells, but maybe there was no indicator that I was the one who laid it down. Anyway, it seems someone, likely Max, took it and ended up inside of my steel-block box, from which I had removed the receiving pad and filled in with lava.

So yeah, sorry if that's where the trouble started. Meant it as a non-destructive prank. As for the missing pad after it was removed, it's likely that it fell through the blocks forming the ground in the area as some dropped items are prone to do. If someone did take it then c'est la vie. It's my creation lost, easily replaced, no harm done.

Reason: as you said, you're ''trigger happy''. In the United States of America, we have something known as ''police''. They also wait for any reason to go trigger-happy, even if someone just looks at them wrong.
Also, if you haven't figured it out yet, Landmine is a hacker, and if he cracks the default password (he's probably already bruteforcing it) and gets into the server, he might try to gain access to the privileges files and stuff and make himself an admin, through the game itself. He likes to strike at about the same time that I am online and no other moderators are, so when I'm online and you're not, nobody can ban him before he can hack and the server will be ruined.
So, you demote me for getting mad at someone making a deathwarp, and for me banning someone for trying to take over (Kacey tried to remove my privs...?) I see, well all that's going to happen is, someone's going to try to spark more fighting within, so that people can be demoted more, until there's so few moderators left that one bans all of the others, changes your password while you're offline, and gets into the server and takes-over, maybe even planting malaware or installing a self-destruct program in your PC that deletes all files and scrambles all of the initial booting/shutdown/operation files, making the computer completely useless.
Okay, I'm fine with that. As long as you plan to save up enough money to make a backup file every day and keep it on a flash drive, and replace your computer every few weeks orso :P

Made a bunch of changes to mods:
Added junglegrass and flowers
Removed poison ivy
Updated 3dforniture and money

Important: the poison ivy removal abm might be making the server lag because theres so much of the stuff
Shops are broken, I might have to downgrade money again, I'm afraid it might require a newer api that 0.4.1
I changed the door texture but am not really pleased with how it looks, please suggest another texture

I made an abm to remove it, theres tons of it so the abm is running a lot. Thats my theory at least. Is there a limit on its growth?

Ok, stopped the automatic poison ivy removal and just stopped it from spawning, and it doesn't hurt anymore. Removed money temporarily, until I can get my hands on the older version (the newer one requires a nightly). Kotolegokot took down the older version.
