The RPI does not have a lot of power, but then MT is a light game. I'm wondering because I have two RPIs and I'd love to use one as a server.

Short answer: it'll be slow.

Long answer: if tweaked (and maybe use this game), it will be fast enough for a few players.

You may want to try this game [Game] RPi - Free your Art (A lightweight game) that the creator describes thus:
Megaf wrote:This game is specially being developed for old computer hardware and low and setups. Such as Raspberry Pis and old Pentium III and AMD K6-2s. (Pentium III and K6 and Raspberries are good for servers only, RPi game as client will need a netbook at least)
