Hello I am building a new minetest server and i am looking for staff !

The server is a mintest server with multiple mods, for fun and administration it’s as simple as that.
Anyone will be welcome on the server, I aim to make the server a YouTube friendly server, so lets players will be welcome on open day. along with anyone willing to build and have fun.

I am looking for the following

1 Plugins/mod Experts who will be willing to help out
2 Experienced Staff
3 Good Builders
4 General Mintest experienced people/
5 coders to help repair and mod the server to make in better.

The server is a high end dedicated server 24/7 that will be upgraded as we grow !

A newly started server has a high chance of getting inexperienced tablet users who'll be mostly children. Spawn will soon look very chaotic.

I think it might be a better idea to join other servers first and learn what their moderators do which way and why. From that, you may gain experience and then develop your own ideas as to how your server ought to be diffrent from others. Joining #minetest on IRC will also help.

I already have my own ideas, I am experienced in running server, I ran a minecraft servers since it's early beta. My server will be a major city life style server with some light roleplay.

@chrisjose1913 first, you must understand something, Minetest, isn't a Minecraft rip-off, so, Minecraft-like organized servers, usually don't get very well accepted in the older comunnity, but, if your plan is to atract, tablet children users, it may be accepted by them.

Here are some complains/recomendations for your server:
-Usually, Minetest uses iRC, not TeamSpeak 3.
-The ''plugins/mod experts, usually, also repair bug, and incompatibilities with other mods, and are very experienced to the game.

-I can help if you wish in the points 3, and 4 ;-)

chrisjose: why don't you try hosting a mumble server instead of teamspeak. + mumble is open source so you wouldn't have to rent a server license
