Hello,

Great server! I really like it.
But, I have one problem. When I get my coins to
exchange them for fly or fast privileges,
I put them into the shop, and nothing
happens. Do I have to pay more?
I don't know if its a bug... for all I know, It's probably me who's doing it wrong.

iZacZip: Every coin is a second of fly or fast, so you need to put kind of a lot. In order to fly you need to enable it, search in the controls settings tab for the key you need to press. It might be different if you are playing on a phone or tablet tho. Have fun!

again griefer..... i think that it was uranium or 'you' . griefer put lava on building next to spawn

At amhi was again griefer. His name is Scrod_Bloward
Griefer placed wood and protections above spawn. i couldnt ban him with command /ban , so i had to ban he with xban cmd. link to video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IT7XpvUAROY

I protected the entire radius of spawn (Edge to edge) up to y = xxx. In case anyone is wondering that says "Preorder Skyrim Remastered". | On a side note. @everamzah I think we are in the clear to enable mobs but with limited spawning.

Mobs spawning ABMs are off by default, and can now be enabled with `mobs_enable_spawning_abms = true` in minetest.conf. Currently, only the cow, bunny, sheep, and DM are registered for spawning. Oh, and the rat.

Hacker on Amhi
Hacker name is lagman he connected on 4 accounts: lagman, lagmanV2, lagmanV3, kekman. he did lag, shut down and he spam. i banned his IP, but he still could connect amhi server, i think that he connected again on different computer.

how did he do shut down?

IRC was kicked by Inchranet Services due to the spamming. If the server shutdown it was probably related to a mod that was being used to crash it.

Heh.... I knew some wouldn't use their common sense. @everamzah Imma leave this one up to you. I don't recall there being a rule about this on the server.

There are some rules about building on top of other buildings, however, building below spawn as long as it won't cause a massive fps drop or lag (with lava, etc) is kind of allowed. I will check the situation later.

Ok. I have it protected from the base to y=xxx (not disclosing the end point but it is triple digits).

heh. I'm about ready to force client version checking. Only downside is it will block android users unless they are running a 0.4.14 build. Wayyyy too many hacked clients.

Ingame name is fredblock. I only get on every few weeks. And yes it looks like someone managed to flood though my protectors. I thought i protected the area around it. Now I guess open land is not possible on this server. Going to have to move all my stuff now.

That sounds a great idea, as long as its a version i can download from minetest.net I never like to download from 3rd party websites

I think modified clients can assume any protocol version, so that shouldn't deter them. I think strict_protocol_version_checking is a good thing, in principal, and have often wondered why it's not on by default. It just makes sense, in order to encourage players to find a recent Minetest if they want to play on a particular online server.
