You have to have joined the server at least once before interact can be granted.

I'm not sure. I have admin and I maintain the O/S, but Cryterion maintains the minetest build, mods, etc. He was working on updating a while ago after a long period of neglect, but not sure exactly what the current state is.

I'm surprized at the amount of nodes and different objects, with mobs, that there is so little lag.

I died now, (Why is the monsters back ? :-( , and I don't see the button at spawn to open the door. I see the mesecon for it , but not the button itself. Can't exit the spawn cage.

Mod must have started again on the update, will disable hostile's again later on, as to the botton at spawn, I'm not sure why or how it keeps disappearing.
No trees or animals were hurt in the production of this message. However, a large number of Electrons were temporarily inconvenienced.
