Note: The mod's folder should be named "player_textures". Rename the folder if necessary.
3. Obtain some 64x32 Minecraft-format skin PNG files. 64x64 files won't work unless you use GIMP or Photoshop to delete the bottom half and produce 64x32 files.
Give each PNG file a name of the form "player_john.png" where "john" should be replaced with a player's nickname. It's case-sensitive, so get the case right.
Put the PNG files in the "textures" folder inside the "player_textures" folder.
4. Restart. Fiat Pelles. Let there be skins.
