can i ask your ingame name make sure its got enough light it and also make sure its on normal dirt or grass and near water source

IIRC, normally it grows on unturned, normal dirt beside or above a water source.

I get it know. I used to grow papyrus on sand not on dirt. I thought the rule is the same as in Mincraft and never tried other way.

nope you grow sugarcane on sand in minecraft and payparus on dirt in minetest

Shivajiva took the server down for the night itll be up about after 7 AM EST today, please read the sign in the new hub. Killing yourself to get to your island will result in you losing your privs and only keeping the privs from the hub, there is a TNet that will bring you to the skyblocks subgame.

I'm trying to resolve an issue with a crash that removes the privileges of the players in game it's pretty random but it's slowly removing everyone's privs so they can't play. I see no reason to have the server open to the public until the issue is fixed. How long...depends on the time it takes me to resolve the issue...
