So, I wanted to host a multiplayer server on my home computer, and did everything I was supposed to do like setting a static IP, enabling Public, hosting it on the "server" tab, telling the game to add my world to the public server list, port forwarding incoming traffic directly to my world, and telling my firewall to ignore everything connecting to my world, but for some reason, nobody could connect and I couldn't understand why. Then, with @taikedz 's help, I found out that anyone wanting to connect to me has to go through 2 routers! I live in a rural area, and the only way for me to get internet is through a wireless beacon system set up by my ISP. This means that my computer connects to my router, then wirelessly connects to my ISP's router before finally going to the rest of the world. Therefore, I need to ask my ISP to forward a port directly to my router before my server will work. Wish me luck.
My server is very small, only 5 users at a time.
My server is a PvP enabled survival server. I don't know how to get it displayed on the public server list, so I'll give the address and port here.
Address: 104.249.225.28
Port: 30000
Always check the server status, I'll keep it updated.
Server Status: Down until further notice.
