Weekend Server.

This time I have done a server again. But, with three changes.
1) User limit IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
2) This will only be on at weekends. NON 24/7 - It should be on about 10AM GMT to 11PM GMT. May fluctuate, and check
#minetest on irc if im on (jordach) then the server should be as well.
