FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

Hey all. First, let me say I'm a total noob to Minetest but loving it! Not a complete noob to setting up daemons. I'm currently running the Ubuntu Precise build.

I got it running, no problem. We jumped in the game and noticed there are no mobs at night like there are in single player mode. I did a quick search on the forums and didn't find much which tells me I'm missing something blatantly obvious?

Feel free to use few words and effort: "hey noob, read big sign" (point in general direction and I'll figure it out)

Hey skalrynd just to let you know that mobs were in the game but got taken out. Until they get added back in feel free to use the Animals mod which has a variety of mobs including monsters like zombies & stuff it also contains animals such as sheep cow's chicken's & deer's. It can be found in the mod releases section of this forum. Hope i helped!
