FOSS gamedev and creative worlds

I recently downloaded 0.4.2 with the help of topywo, but my writing is really small in it and the background of where you enter the IP AND PORT is all grey? Can you help me get it back to how it should be please

Download and compile it manually, then yell at the packagers for not adding fonts.

I just did the same, but don't seem to have that problem. And no clue where to find the solution. Maybe rename (to be sure) your minetest folder to
celeron55-minetest-cc47ff7-backup and then start all over again will help.

topywo ive done it but i have to leave it in the folder and run it in there then close the folder and go on it

My fault, I didn't think about that. I always play out of my folder. You can try playing while leaving the folder open. Sometimes, while playing I look up init.lua files of mods.
