Server finally fixed

I now know why my server hasn't been working, because I'm using Hamachi! So, if anyone wants the network name to see if they can log onto it via Hamachi, tell me here, I will be working on finding how to make it available to all. And if you have any help for me about fixing the server, go right ahead.

if you have static IP then just open ports
if dynamic - use
