Not only Hamachi conflicts with the Internet, it is also slower in general than a direct connection.

No, a dynamic dns services makes a hostname for your ip
e.g. artur99minetest.no-ip.com
That way you don't have to know your IP

If you have a dynamic IP, you can still host a server but your IP will change when you restart your router.

i restart my router really often.
Can anybody explain me how to make the server using http://www.noip.com ?
