Is there any way to host a minetest server online, for example on www.hostyd.com?

This is not possible. you are looking at free web hosting for websites. Minetest servers need a linux or windows system to run on. look at vps's if you want to run a minetest server.

Fun fact: any server runs Windows, Linux or any other OS, but web servers aren't aimed at hosting game servers (lack of CPU power and RAM).

I would make a server on my computer, but i have a dynamic ip, and i cant forward my port... and i cant use no-ip.com, because it needs port forwarding... :(
