i am new to mine test so im searching servers i put my forum name and password then i enter the port and the ip and i click enter but it never enters the server sometimes it says couldnt resolve adress sometimes it says connecting to server but it doesnt enter.sometimes it says media then it freezes somebody please help me also if you can tell me a 0.4.7 server it would be awesome

You just have to wait. Downloading media from a server the first time can take very long...

You dont have to use your forum name and password, just use anything you like.
The passwords are per server, so you could use different passwords for the same name in different servers. There is no central login or something, everything is decentrelized.

It is recommended to use the public server list; this assures you that the server is at least online.

Of course, if you are entering the server address manually, first check the relevant server's forum topic to see if the server is still online.
