I have been so confused if how can I know if my server is online.I have been trying for like 2 days but still no luck.Can you help me guys?

If you use the server_announce = true function you can see if it is publicly listed at servers.minetest.net.
Otherwise just join the server using your ip and port and see if you can get past the loading screen.
