Running on MineTest 0.4.14 and hosted by Shinji_Ikari...

The biomes created by the ethereal mod work surprisingly well. The landscape is very intresting, and the server might be something for people seeking new terrains.

After dying four times, and losing 99 diamonds and 1000 iron lumps (Thank you, wes) I finally managed to get things in order. I now have an impenetrable (by monsters) shack and a locked chest and a furnace! Yaay.

This mod would make a good addition to this server. It improves the cooling of lava and makes stone-type blocks mossy when they are near water.

Do you guys do custom skins for players that aren't available in the skins mod?

Hodice, unfortunately no, but if you have a nice skin you would like added to the list please post a link and we'll do out best to add it...

I'm not sure I'll return, but please, check logs where I tell everybody that I'm falling down to -30000 and then deeper to -65000. There should be a bug somewhere around...

4aiman: the bug is in minetest itself, I get it also on the daily builds and the screen goes grey and you start to drop through the world... One way to fix it is to teleport somewhere but it can be annoying... It's not the server itself...

So... is it so everyone are permitted to teleport?
If not, then what are chances of "sethome" mod being installed? (IIRC it's not ATM)

So i started the game and got help from Neon(such a big help) and started building my house in the frost woods area, well i chopped down one whole tree and then when i got it all chopped down i built my little house and started a mine once i got coal. Yea, some thing with a cape that looked like a fourtune teller killed me down there and now i'm to scared to go back down there, oh well.

Those with a cape afaik are called "Oerkki" or something like that. They're relatively harmless compared to other mobs. Craft a sword and show him who owns the mine :-)

In your inventory is a Home Gui which allows you to bookmark one location and has a seperate Spawn button...

Yea, i only have an iron sword and right now don't have time to do that.

Is there a form of protection system on the server? If not try using 0gb's ProtectMod

The server uses Zeg9's slightly altered Protector Blocks to easily protect and manage your own area's...

When i tried to join i got a lot of errors and my screen way gray. I really want to play this server.

Which version of MineTest are you using ? I recommend the daily build as 0.4.9 windows build has some problems...

Moreores and moreblocks are good mods that can add to this server.

If ever you need more colors for clay, but don't wish to install unified_dyes, give the mod linked to below a try:

MoreOres is an old mod now since the ores it contained are now build into Minetest 0.4.8 and above... The only missing one's are tin, silver and mithril which aren't that great... As for MoreBlocks, I tweaked HomeDecor so that it wouldn't need either of those mods to keep things light... Coloured Clay on the other hand could be handy, will look into that...
