there is a problem with guard.. my friend was punching him and the server crash

please ask your friend to give more details on the error, maybe something from debug please?

or else i dont know what to repair. it worked absolutely great when i gave it a try in 0.4dev, no problem so far

I LOVE the builder, I was thinking about something similar... this is AWESOME!

I wonder if you could expand it a little further so that they are NPCs instead of Player Controlled. Then players can trade with them (using [Mod] money?).

And perhaps they could work as a community to harvest and build a small village? (i know thats a big ask and a way off, but it would be super cool)

I have a idea for a worker. What about Chris The Cook? when the morning comes Chris says good morning & then makes you some toast or something. Then he does some random jobs like cook you lunch & dinner. Sound like a good idea?

ok im captainfap from keegan's server u asked me to tell u the prob with your workers well we were using it adn it just crashed this is the 2nd time it has now even 0.2 crashed it also

It crashes - "error: failed to index pos" - after a player decides to jump on Cardon's head. No idea why.

captainf: ok im ALchemisT not from any server i asked everyone to tell me the prob with my mod well first thank you very much i do appreciate that and can you please specify the error?

ghost_of_tino: thanks...theoretically that error shouldnt occur like that. something else may had happen at the same time the player jumped on him

anyone who wants to report any problems should include mod version and complete error report from debug (bcoz i need to see which line is error) again i appreciate your comments.

I am working on a filth mod that adds filth to certain blocks and I think it would be pretty cool if you added a maid to clean up the filth that is created in a building.

Alright. this might be me just being stupid but,
the only worker i know how to craft is the harvey, because of your screenshot.
when i checked the doc file in the workers_doc_2.0 folder, all the images weren't there.
they were there, but they were the little paper image things that appear where pictures WOULD be but they aren't. sorry i do not know what they are called, still a newb to the internet.
if you could make all the recipes into a wordpad document that would be FANTASTIC! :D

You need to extraxt/unzip the folder first.

I get this error:

i found just removing the lines with minetest.node_metadata_inventory_take_allow_all() fixes it

Awesome!!!! if you have time could you make one of those workers change into a guard so it can defend you or your house or even if you tell it to stay in one position and kill anything that gets to close.

Very nice. But the miner put every torch in the middle of air... I fixed it adding +1 to x and z values of the add_node line but the torch is reversed... :-o
