Description

This mod does what you think it does - It adds pizza to minetest :)
It was originally written for the FREE PIZZA server to make it live up to it's name.

The pizza is edible and indeed very tasty.
It's actually so incredibly tasty that it gives you 100% health and satisfies your hunger instantly. Install this mod together with "hud" mod For full effect.

Everything is released under WTFPL license.

Crafting recipes

Pizza Dough:
flour + cheese + tomato

Pizza:
bake "Pizza Dough" in furnace

Pizza Slice:
using a single pizza for crafting gives you 6 pizza slices

Pizzabox:
4 x paper and a pizza

pizza 0.2 update:
- using a pizza for crafting results in 6 pizza slices, which give 10 health when eaten
- combining a pizza with 4 papers crafts a pizza box
- you can place and dig the pizza box

planned:
- a pizza should also relief your hunger :P
- opening and closing the pizza box
- "njamnjam" sound when eating pizza
- more pizza types incl. meat pizza

I don't know if a Döner (yes, that's the right spelling ;) would fit into this mod - it's more about pizza I guess :P
But maybe this can be done in a separate mod?

Are you thinking donair? Meat and other things in a wrap?

pizza 0.3 update:
- better shinier color palette
- now it correctly works together with modified hud mod - the pizza not only heals you but also reliefs your hunger (get the modified "hud" mod: https://github.com/vitaminx/hud)

planned:
- opening and closing the pizza box
- "njamnjam" sound when eating pizza
- more pizza types incl. meat pizza

I made an improved version of the mod.
Additional features:

• Pizza boxes can be opened and closed!
• You can remove a pizza from a pizzabox by putting it in the crafting grid
• Pizza boxes have a facedir
• Pizzas can be directly placed and hanged on walls!

You could use foxmobs for that, but you might wanna remove "Doggie" and one of the player-characters, and change the whole code that tells it to give you something random from the mod, and also, you would have to delete the items themselves, except for the spawn egg for the pizza guy, and you might wanna also delete the spawn eggs for "Doggie" and the spawn egg of the player you delete. So yeah, with a few tweaks, you could have a pizza man.

There's at least one mod that adds some kind of telephone. You could use it in order to call a pizza delivery service :-) A mob might then spawn and put the pizza box on top of the phone :-)
