Adds simple teleports.

How to use:
Place a bunch of Transfer Links, step on one and you'd be carried through all the links that are within CHAIN_RADIUS from each other (30 blocks by default).

This seems pretty cool, it's not too overpowered like travelnet teleporters.

Version 0.2 changes:
* Now you'd get a bucket after crafting
* Teleports reactivate faster

Thank you. Though I think this mod is more like a carts mod than travelnet.
