[mod] Obsidian Swords [tools_obsidian]

This mod adds three new weapons that make use of the full_punch_interval (cooldown) feature.

Obsidian Dagger: Low damage and shorter range, almost no cooldown.
Obsidian Longsword: Does a high amount of damage, really slow.
Obsidian Sword: Regular shortsword, higher damage than a diamond sword.

here is a story about a cow: one upon a time there was a cow, now this cow was running away from c55. now why this was happening was unknown. you know what, i am not going to continue this poop.
