[Mod] Aquarium_glass [aquarium_glass]

This is a simple mod which adds only one new block: Aquarium Glass
This glass allows you to see through water (and any other liquid) clearly. There are rendering issues when looking looking at the water surface from below.
Looking at the surface of water from below can cause flickering, and some of the water surface to not be visible

That's fine. Hope there'll be some fishes swimming outside :-) And, of course, it ought to appear on servers so that it can be used.

Due to the rendering issues of transparent liquids, I did not move this mod to mod releases on completion.
However, it has not been WIP for quite a while, so I have put up a poll to see what people think about moving it to releases.
