Crafting the candy bucket is shapeless one pumpkin and a stick
The treat box can be obtained with give using trick_or_treat:treat_box

Updated the code a bit and Foz added functionality so that users cannot spam treat box, and can only trick or treat near Halloween

Just to clarify trick or treat depends on mtcandy, mtcandy depends on mtfoods

Update! now it wont work until halloween time, also wont let the same user hit it twice in a row.
