[Mod] digiline remote [digiline_remote]

I thought, it would be nice to have the ability to communicate with entities via digiline, eg. to send to a robot commands. So, I made this.
It adds an api to do this. Also it adds an antenna which converts wireless information to wire one and vice versa and a remote control to send signals to the antenna. And I've added an entity for testing purposes but this will be removed some time.

The api is not good documented, please ask here if you have problems with it.

Update:
Remote control can now send to both, nodes and entities.

Todo:
replace deprecated get-/ set_metadata
